Job Scope Corporate Branding & Identity Plans and implements strategies to strengthen the organisation's corporate identity and positioning. Develops consistent and impactful messaging frameworks across external communications platforms in alignment with the organisation's strategic directions. Oversees the creation of corporate collateral including gifts for speakers and guests, marketing brochures, internal publications, and multimedia resources to reinforce the organisation's brand presence and corporate image. Digital Communications & Social Media Engagement Manages comprehensive communications plans that align with organisational goals and programme priorities. Leads content development for the organisation's website and social media platforms to maximise outreach and enhance awareness of its programmes and initiatives. Implements outreach initiatives across digital, print and social media platforms to broaden visibility, expand reach and foster community engagement. Leads course promotions and cross-marketing efforts to increase grassroots and community volunteer training participation, monitoring outreach effectiveness for continuous improvement. Collaborates with internal departments to develop targeted communications plans for signature training programmes and events, ensuring consistent messaging and timely outreach across all social media platforms. Oversees annual marketing communications planning and budget management, providing regular updates for reporting purposes. Corporate Communications and Stakeholder Relations Leads media and publicity efforts for major organisational projects and programmes. Plans and implements the roll-out of corporate communication initiatives, including programme announcements, nomination notices, marketing materials, and periodic communications to publicise organisational programmes. Oversees the preparation and timely release of media materials, including press releases, publicity kits, corporate presentations, and event collateral. Manages campus tours and communications for official visits, strengthening stakeholder relationships. Publicity, Outreach and Visitor Experience Operations Provides strategic direction and supervises Visitor Experience Leads, ensuring pre-, during- and post-visit operations maintain high-quality standards and visitor satisfaction. Oversees online public bookings and coordinates group visits and logistic requirements with key stakeholders and facilities management team. Plans docent deployment and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage for guided tours and visitor support during gallery operations. Monitors and evaluates visitor feedback, engagement data and campaign effectiveness to refine gallery strategies, strengthen outreach impact and enhance overall visitor experience. Leads innovative publicity approaches and fringe initiatives; leveraging partnerships and creative engagement methods to increase visitorship participation. Requirements Experience Minimum 3 years of working experience in the public sector and/or public communications environment, with some management/ supervisory responsibilities Well-versed in marketing and digital communications Gallery management/operations experience is an added advantage Skills Collaborative team player with strong leadership, interpersonal skills and a service-oriented, innovative mindset Strong written and spoken communications skills Good grasp of training environment and training communications-related areas Working Arrangement Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm Salary: $5,000 to $7,000 per month Location : Buona Vista EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg.
