Key Responsibilities Support the team in organising an international conference through the conceptualisation of the programme, schedule, special showcases, and other fringe programmes related to the event. Engage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to obtain buy-in and participation in the conference, as well as alignment on strategic objectives across the public, private, community, and diplomatic sectors. Liaise with international committees for strategic and operational coordination, including the drafting of agreements and alignment with organisational by-laws and governance requirements. Plan hospitality programmes, including flights, accommodation, and ground transport arrangements. Perform secretariat duties for conference workgroups, including liaison with relevant government agencies, note-taking, records management, and logistical support. Support oversight of post-event administrative procedures, including feedback collection and report generation. Secretariat Duties Perform secretariat duties for international conference workgroups, including administrative functions (e.g. records management, meeting preparation) and strategic/governance support (e.g. compliance with organisational statutes and stakeholder management). Maintain the membership database and support the annual membership exercise. Design the membership revenue framework and advise the team on the effective utilisation of membership revenue. Refine membership tiers to provide more diverse membership options. Support the transition to a digital membership card. Support engagement efforts with local and international stakeholders. Represent the organisation at relevant meetings, and prepare position papers and memos where required. Partner with industry stakeholders, internal divisions, and government agencies on the conceptualisation of conferences and outreach activities. Requirements: At least 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in international relations, and specific to working with International Organisations Keen interest in current and international affairs Enjoys engaging with a diverse range of local and international stakeholders Able to think, speak and write critically and strategically Creative, resourceful and able to multi-task Excellent team player and able to drive initiatives and projects involving stakeholders from multiple divisions or agencies Prepared to work off-hours when necessary and undertake overseas work trips Prior work experience involving the arts and culture sector, international relations and/or stakeholder engagement will be a strong asset Contract Duration: 1 Year Working Arrangement: Monday to Fridays (Office hours) - TBC Salary : $5,000 to $5,500 per month Location : Bugis EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg.
