Human Resource Executive / Senior Executive

You will be a member of the Human Resources Department under the Corporate Division, which aims to make the company -- an employer of choice and great place to work in. Working closely with senior management, you will advance our HR transformation vision of “Our People at their Best – Purposeful, Energised, Masterful” to enable and empower our team to be at their best. You will play an important role to: Perform Human Resource (HR) functions and duties, including coordinating recruitment processes HR operations, including payments processing, invoicing, billings management, and preparation of HR-related letters and documentation Support the end-to-end L&D cycle including programme curation, vendor sourcing, enrolment, and post programme evaluation. Organise and maintain documentation to meet operational needs Collaborate with team members on various HR initiatives and projects as assigned, contributing flexibly and adaptively to the broader goals of the HR department Requirements Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills. Meticulous, organised and able to handle confidential information with discretion. Resourceful, ability to multi-task and able to work independently in a team environment with minimal supervision IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications Contract Duration: 1 year Working Arrangement: Mondays to Fridays: 8.30 am to 6.00pm Salary: $2,800 to $3,500 (depending on experience) Location: Middle Road EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg No.: R25128798 HUANG QIMENG
