Follow instructions from senior chefs while demonstrating leadership and initiative. Ensure consistency in food quality and guest dining experience. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining restaurant. Experience in Michelin-starred will be an advantage. Strong culinary and food preparation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. Able to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
