Responsibilities Lead and manage complex, multi-year enterprise transformation programmes across business and technology functions to achieve strategic objectives Drive digital transformation initiatives that modernize operating models, enhance customer experiences, and upgrade enterprise platforms Establish and oversee programme governance frameworks, PMO practices, reporting mechanisms, and executive steering committees to ensure transparency and control Manage large-scale Agile and SAFe delivery portfolios, aligning delivery with strategic goals and ensuring high-quality execution Oversee enterprise-wide portfolio management by balancing investment priorities, benefits realization, resource allocation, and risk mitigation Build and maintain collaborative relationships with C-suite executives, business stakeholders, vendors, and technology leaders to facilitate programme success Provide leadership on risk, issue, dependency, and change management by proactively resolving challenges and ensuring clear communication Own programme financial management including budget planning, forecasting, cost optimization, vendor management, and commercial governance Drive AI, automation, and intelligent operations initiatives to improve productivity, customer experience, and operational performance Manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors, consulting partners, and third-party service providers to deliver programme outcomes Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and audit requirements, particularly within regulated industries such as Banking and Financial Services Lead organizational change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communication, adoption, and training strategies to support transformation Collaborate with enterprise architecture, engineering, security, and business teams to define technology roadmaps and transformation strategies Required competencies and certifications 15+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise programmes, digital transformation, or technology delivery initiatives Proven expertise in programme management, portfolio management, and PMO leadership Strong experience delivering programmes using Agile, SAFe, and traditional delivery methodologies Deep understanding of cloud technologies, enterprise platforms, cybersecurity, AI/automation, and digital transformation Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets, global teams, and complex stakeholder environments Demonstrated success in executive stakeholder management and board-level reporting Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), or other regulated industries
