About this role

Scope of Work The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects within the Attack Simulation Group, including Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Purple Teaming, and Bespoke Assessments. This role involves managing project timelines, schedules, resources, and logistics to support the efficient and timely delivery of services. The Project Manager will work closely with technical teams to allocate resources, track project progress, and ensure alignment with client objectives and internal standards. The Project Manager will also oversee project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure efficient resource utilization. Additional responsibilities include managing the tools and technologies required for project delivery, maintaining project documentation, communicating updates to stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to improve operational processes and service delivery. Key Responsibilities Project Management Oversee the execution of Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Purple Teaming, and Bespoke Assessment projects. Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules. Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and timelines. Coordinate and allocate resources based on project requirements. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards. Logistics Coordination Coordinate project logistics, including tool provisioning, environment preparation, and client arrangements. Identify potential project risks or roadblocks and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve them promptly. Ensure project prerequisites are completed before engagement commencement. Budget and Cost Management Manage project budgets and monitor project-related expenditures. Track resource utilization and ensure projects are delivered cost-effectively. Provide budget forecasts and cost reports as required. Tool and Technology Management Manage the tools and technologies required for project delivery, including licensing, renewals, utilization, and associated costs. Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, or process improvements where appropriate. Maintain oversight of tool inventory and license compliance. Stakeholder Management and Communication Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment with project objectives, scope, and requirements. Communicate technical concepts and project status clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Escalate issues, risks, and dependencies when necessary. Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, timelines, deliverables, meeting records, and status reports. Ensure project records comply with applicable organizational standards and policies. Produce management reports and project performance metrics as required. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, team efficiency, and service delivery. Implement practical measures to enhance productivity, consistency, and the quality of deliverables. Contribute to the development and standardization of project management practices within the Attack Simulation Group. Required Skills and Experience Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably within cybersecurity, technology, or IT consulting environments. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Experience in budget planning, cost management, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and tight deadlines simultaneously. Familiarity with cybersecurity services such as Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Purple Teaming, and Vulnerability Assessments. Experience managing software tools, licensing, renewals, and associated operational costs. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams. Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms.
