Key Responsibilities: Partner with Sales leadership to improve commercial performance and operational efficiency across the business. Monitor sales KPIs, pipeline health, customer engagement, conversion rates, and order intake to provide actionable business insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports to support business reviews and strategic decision-making. Drive CRM discipline by improving data quality, pipeline visibility, and reporting accuracy. Support sales forecasting through analysis of historical trends, pipeline data, and business performance. Lead initiatives to optimize sales processes, including lead management, approvals, and the quote-to-order cycle. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and IT to resolve operational challenges and improve business performance. Manage and enhance sales systems and reporting tools to improve operational effectiveness and user adoption. Establish and maintain sales operating procedures, governance frameworks, and reporting standards. Support commercial initiatives, including pricing governance, distributor or customer programs, and business improvement projects. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and other strategic projects to enhance sales effectiveness and operational excellence. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Operations, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of leadership experience with a proven track record in regional sales operations, commercial excellence, or performance management within an industrial B2B environment.
