Senior Planning Engineer

Job Description: Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, subcontracts, and agreements. Prepare accurate cost estimates, VO cost analysis and submit VO quotation. Collaborate with interval teams, including project managers, site teams, and finance departments. Monitor project costs, budget allocations, and cash flow forecasts. Support the preparation and submission of progress claims, variations, and final accounts. Identify potential contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and company policies. Prepare regular reports on contractual, commercial, and financial matters. Maintain and update contract documentation and records. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in contract management in MRT projects Willing to work in the East area.
