Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects from project initiation to final completion and handover. Develop project execution plans, construction methodologies, work schedules, and resource plans. Manage project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or technical issues. Oversee procurement planning, material delivery, subcontractor performance, and resource allocation. Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, shop drawings, and construction documents. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, statutory regulations, BCA requirements, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards. Conduct regular site inspections and project meetings to monitor construction progress and quality. Manage project cost control, claims, variations, budgeting, and forecasting. Prepare project reports, progress updates, risk assessments, and management presentations. Lead and mentor project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, and supporting staff. Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspections, and project handover to clients. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Perform other duties as assigned by senior management. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related engineering discipline. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years in a project management or leadership role . Proven experience managing commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, or infrastructure construction projects.
