Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates. Conduct quantity take-offs based on drawings and specifications. Source, evaluate, and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare project budgets and monitor project costs throughout the project lifecycle. Handle subcontract administration, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts. Assist in procurement and material purchasing activities. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams on commercial matters. Support tender submissions and contract negotiations. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in construction, interior fit-out, or façade projects. Familiar with Singapore construction industry practices and contract administration. Experience in tendering, budgeting, variation claims, and final accounts. Strong knowledge of construction materials, costing, and procurement processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD. Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
