About this role
Job Summary Responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules for EPC projects within the Data Centre, Bio Pharmaceutical, and Semiconductor industries. Support project delivery from tender stage through commissioning and handover while ensuring compliance with contractual milestones and client requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6. Prepare baseline schedules, master programmes, recovery plans, and look-ahead schedules. Monitor engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities against project milestones. Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineering teams, subcontractors, and clients on planning matters. Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and productivity reviews. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations. Support tender submissions by preparing tender programmes, manpower histograms, and execution schedules. Manage schedule changes, extension of time (EOT) claims, and delay analysis. Track design progress, procurement activities, and construction interfaces. Participate in project meetings and recommend schedule improvement initiatives. Qualifications& Experience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of planning and scheduling experience within the EPC construction industry. Experience in Data Centers, Bio Pharmaceutical facilities, Semiconductor Manufacturing Plants, or high-technology industrial projects is highly preferred. Strong understanding of EPC project execution from design through commissioning and handover. Technical Competencies Primavera P6 proficiency is mandatory. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, planning methodologies, and critical path analysis. Experience in delay analysis, project controls, and earned value management. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of CSA, MEP, and process systems within industrial construction projects. Behavioural Competencies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to schedule management. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced EPC environment. Strong team player capable of influencing project stakeholders.
