Senior Digital Business Analyst

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives within a Government Agency. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, solution architects, vendors, and technical consultants to deliver user-centric digital solutions that improve business operations and citizen services. Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and requirement discussions using human-centric and visual methods. Apply Design Thinking / Service Design approaches to identify business gaps, pain points, and future-state solutions. Work closely with project managers, solution architects, developers, vendors, and business users to ensure smooth project delivery. Support Agile / product-centric delivery, including backlog refinement, requirement clarification, testing, deployment, and adoption. Evaluate and recommend suitable digital and technology solutions aligned with business needs. Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and change impacts, and recommend mitigation actions. Ensure product readiness for smooth deployment, adoption, operations, and post-implementation support. Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships to ensure timely and quality delivery of ICT solutions and services. Ensure solutions and delivery processes comply with IT management, quality, and security guidelines. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, digital transformation, system implementation, or product delivery. Hands-on experience working in Agile / product-centric project environments . Strong analytical, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of digital solutions, system implementation, and business process improvement. Working knowledge of AI tools and concepts will be advantageous. Experience in project management or product management will be an added advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
