About the Company: Our client is an established global manufacturing company producing thermal solutions for the semiconductor, electronics, and industrial sectors. They are currently looking for Production / Assembly Operators to join their manufacturing team. This role involves operating tools, machines, and equipment to assemble products, perform quality checks, and ensure production output meets required standards. Job Highlights: ✅ Working Location: Pioneer ✅ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm (Stable 5 days work week with office-hour schedule & No rotating shift required!) ✅ AWS + Quarterly Production Bonus + Meal Allowance + Transport Allowance + OT Pay ✅ Training provided ✅ Stable MNC manufacturing environment Responsibilities: Operate tools, machines, and equipment to prepare and assemble products. Follow work instructions, production procedures, and standard operating guidelines. Perform product checking, testing, and inspection according to requirements. Ensure products meet quality and production standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work area, tools, and equipment. Complete simple production records such as output, rejects, scrap, and production time. Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets. Requirements: No prior experience required; training will be provided. Prior experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, or quality inspection will be an advantage. Able to follow work instructions and work carefully. Good attention to detail and willingness to learn. Comfortable with hands-on work and standing during production.
