Key Responsibilities Support the establishment, review and optimization of financial policies, procedures and internal control processes to ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements and Group policies. Coordinate the preparation, review and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. Support tax planning, tax filing and communication with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and other relevant regulatory authorities. Manage cash flow planning, budgeting and budget execution tracking, and support financial risk control. Liaise with external auditors, banks and other professional institutions, and support statutory audits, internal audits and other financial reviews. Lead and guide the finance team in daily accounting, settlement, expense control and other financial operations. Support management in preparing financial analysis, management reports and decision-making materials. Perform other finance, compliance and corporate support duties as assigned by the Company. Key Requirements Professional Background The candidate must have at least 10 years of accumulated professional experience in finance, audit and/or financial management within either: the COSCO SHIPPING Group system; or an internationally recognized accounting firm, including Big Four firms or major regional accounting firms. Candidates with combined experience in both corporate finance and professional audit/accounting services will be preferred. Qualifications and Capabilities Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CA Singapore, CPA or equivalent is preferred. Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), Singapore tax regulations and relevant compliance requirements. Familiarity with financial operations in international shipping, trading or multinational corporate environments. Proficiency in mainstream financial ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or equivalent. Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal departments, headquarters and external professional parties. Strong sense of responsibility, compliance awareness and ability to work under pressure. Language Requirements Fluent in English, with the ability to use English as a working language. Chinese communication skills will be an advantage. Work Eligibility The candidate should hold valid legal work status in Singapore or meet the eligibility requirements for an Employment Pass or S Pass application.
