Job Summary As the APAC lead for the Inbound to Manufacturing (I2M) product, you will shape strategy and drive growth across sectors, partnering with stakeholders to expand business and deliver innovative supply chain solutions. Responsibilities Strategy & Business Growth Develop and execute the APAC I2M strategy to increase growth, profitability, and customer retention Identify and pursue new business opportunities across countries, sectors, and target accounts to expand market presence Drive financial growth and portfolio expansion of the I2M product line Collaborate on cross-regional projects to support APAC customers expanding into new markets Business Development & Customer Engagement Partner with Business Development teams to enhance I2M sales opportunities and create compelling value propositions Lead and support strategic, transformational, and cross-country customer pursuits to secure new business Facilitate customer workshops and co-develop supply chain solutions to support growth planning Product & Capability Development Accelerate the regional rollout of I2M solutions by sharing best practices and lessons learned Develop and maintain sales tools, collateral, benchmarks, and other resources to support sales and marketing efforts Drive continuous improvement and innovation in I2M and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) solutions Community & Stakeholder Management Build and nurture an APAC network of I2M experts to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration Ensure consistent and clear I2M messaging across APAC and global teams Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and external partners to align on strategic objectives Required competencies and certifications Proven business development experience within supply chain or logistics Strong expertise in Inbound to Manufacturing (I2M) solutions and operations Demonstrated experience working in a complex regional or global matrix environment Experience working across multiple countries within the APAC region Collaborative and consultative approach with strong process orientation Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong understanding of the Inbound to Manufacturing business model and industry Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups Experience working effectively in multicultural and diverse environments Existing network within DHL Supply Chain or the wider supply chain industry is advantageous Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Power BI, and Salesforce Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline Commitment to continuous professional development and learning
