Student Management Support Staff

Job Description: Support the school's Student Development Team in student management, engagement, and behavior support. Supervise students during recess or out-of-classroom suspension and provide a safe ,structured environment. Provide mentoring, guidance, and socio-emotional support to students with behavioral emotional needs. Plan and conduct intervention, mentoring, and social-emotional learning programmes. Support student discipline cases, conflict resolution, restorative practices, and mediation. Assist students in developing self-regulation, communication, problem-solving, and positive social skills. Observe, monitor, and document student progress, providing regular reports to the school. Support parent engagement and strengthen home-school collaboration. Assist in preventive programmes that promote positive behavior, character development ,and school values. Work professionally with students, parents, teachers, and school staff, and perform other student management duties assigned by the school. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Child Development, Youth Work, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in the education or social service sector. Experience working with primary school students is preferred. Certified Practitioner in Restorative Practice / Building Relational Capacity (WSQ) is an advantage
