Discipline Support Officer (Dso)

Job Description: Assist with student investigations, incident reporting, and case support. Supervise recess, lunch and detention sessions. Support student behavior management, reflection, and restorative practices. Assist with in-house suspension and student re-entry support. Conduct campus supervision and patrols during school hours. Promote a safe and positive school environment. Work closely with the Student Management Committee and school staff. Requirements: Diploma in Early Childhood, Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, Youth Work, or Community Services, or relevant experience. Retired MHA/law enforcement officers or school staff with student management or discipline experience are welcome. Calm, professional, and able to handle challenging situations. Passionate about supporting children and youths with behavioral or social-emotional needs. Strong communication, behavior management, and interpersonal skills. Able to conduct investigations, prepare reports, and maintain confidentiality.
