Job Summary Drive strategic business development and sales operations by identifying growth opportunities, analyzing sales data, managing CRM systems, and supporting go-to-market strategies to enhance revenue and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Strategic Business Development Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive growth. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to inform strategic decisions. Support go-to-market strategies and expansion plans by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to foster collaboration. Track industry trends and recommend actionable growth initiatives. Sales Operations & Analytics Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue trends to identify improvement areas Prepare dashboards, forecasts, and reports for leadership to support data-driven decisions Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, HubSpot) to enhance sales processes Improve sales workflows and operational efficiency through process analysis and redesign Support territory planning, quota setting, and incentive programs to align sales goals. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting integrity across sales platforms. Utilize BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to generate insights and support strategic planning. Required competencies and certifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field 3–6 years of experience in business development, sales operations, or analytics Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through business case development and sales data analysis Advanced Excel skills including dashboards, pivot tables, and forecasting models applied to sales analytics Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce CRM to manage customer data and sales pipelines Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement and …
