Purchaser Executive

Efficient Networks International (S) Pte Ltd is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchaser Executive to join our growing team. If you have a passion for procurement, supplier management, and supporting project delivery in Telecommunications, Solar PV, and EV Charging Infrastructure, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value in cost, quality, and delivery. Prepare RFQs, issue Purchase Orders, and maintain procurement documentation. Monitor material deliveries to ensure timely project execution. Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Warehouse, and Finance teams. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance. Track inventory levels and support stock replenishment planning. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual requirements, and quality standards. Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous process improvements. Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare purchasing reports. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of purchasing/procurement experience. Experience in Telecommunications, Solar PV, EV Charging, Construction, or Engineering industries is preferred. Knowledge of sourcing electrical, mechanical, or construction materials is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Procurement systems (SAP experience is an advantage). Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Team player with high integrity, attention to detail, and accountability.
