WE ARE HIRING – SALES MANAGER Empire Works Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead, develop, and grow our sales team. We are looking for a strong sales leader who understands the renovation and interior design industry , knows how to manage salespeople, set clear KPIs, develop effective sales strategies, and drive the team towards consistent results. Key Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the renovation and/or interior design industry • Proven experience managing a sales team of more than 5 salespersons • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills • Proven ability to set sales KPIs, targets, and performance standards • Able to develop and implement effective sales strategies • Strong understanding of renovation and interior design sales processes • Familiar with lead management, customer consultation, quotation follow-up, negotiation, and closing • Able to analyse sales performance and identify areas for improvement • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability • Able to motivate underperforming team members and develop high performers • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of sales profitability Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a sales team of more than 5 salespersons • Set clear individual and team sales KPIs • Establish monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase conversion rates and revenue • Monitor lead response, appointment rates, follow-up performance, closing rates, and overall sales results • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and one-to-one coaching sessions • Build structured sales processes and follow-up systems • Analyse sales data and identify weaknesses, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Improve lead conversion and overall team productivity • Train and coach salespersons on customer consultation, presentation, negotiation, objection handling, and closing techniques • Work closely with Management and Marketing to improve lead quality and sales performance • Develop strategies for promotions, packages, referrals, and customer acquisition • Ensure the sales team maintains strong customer service standards and company professionalism • Build a competitive, accountable, and high-performance sales culture Working Location: 784 Upper Bukit Timah Road, Singapore
