About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team at a healthcare facility under the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) sector. This role involves managing projects end-to-end, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and delivering quality outcomes within budget and timelines. Candidates with Quantity Surveying (QS) experience will be highly preferred. Responsibilities Liaise with healthcare users and stakeholders to ensure project requirements and specifications are met. Coordinate with contractors on manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient resource utilization within budget. Prepares tender (RFQ) specifications, project schedules, tender calls, and evaluate submissions. Attend project meetings, propose solutions, and address client concerns promptly. Oversee proper handover of projects, including detailed testing and commissioning (T&C) of equipment and facilities. Work closely with engineers and technical teams on technical specifications for existing facility systems. Track project implementation to ensure timely completion and compliance with healthcare standards. Verify contractors’ submission of as-built drawings, OMM manuals, and proper documentation.
