Responsibilities: Technical & Operational Leadership Lead and assign duties to Engineers and trade technicians. Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted safely and in compliance with safety protocols. Oversee preventive maintenance checks with engineers, ensuring adherence to checklists and schedules. Respond promptly to corrective maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, both verbal and written. System & Vendor Management Prepare and review technical specifications for ACMV and mechanical systems. Evaluate and improve operational procedures, workflows, and staff performance. Manage specialist vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance, including performance reviews. Escalate major faults to the Facilities Manager and communicate effectively with clients. Compliance & Coordination Act as the main coordinator for emergency preparedness, QEHS, and BCP exercises. Lead site inspections and management walkabouts.
