Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead a team of technicians in executing facilities management activities, including overseeing daily operations and ensuring service quality. Electrical Maintenance Oversight: Supervise and attend to electrical maintenance works, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. Fault Analysis & Troubleshooting: Investigate and analyze breakdowns and faults to determine root causes and implement effective corrective actions. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain accurate reports and documentation related to maintenance activities and system performance. Project Monitoring: Oversee ad-hoc facilities projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project specifications. General Duties: Perform any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior. Requirements: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, preferably in a leadership role.
