Job Summary Develop and implement sales strategies to grow volume, brand recognition, and market share in the new energy vehicle or cold chain logistics sector. Manage dealer networks, forecast sales, and expand channels to capture new customers and projects. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase volume growth, brand recognition, and market share across the region Optimize dealer network performance by setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and enhancing operational standards Establish accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management processes to improve planning and visibility Identify and expand new channel resources by sourcing potential customers and project opportunities to increase market share and brand awareness Apply strong product promotion and program design skills tailored to new energy cold chain vehicles, considering market demand, policies, and regulations Manage customer relationships effectively to resolve complex situations and maintain satisfaction Coordinate and communicate across teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales initiatives Lead and develop sales teams to achieve business objectives and foster collaboration Required competencies and certifications Channel sales management experience of more than 5 years in new energy vehicle or cold chain logistics industries, demonstrating strong market insight and business development ability Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Preferred competencies and qualifications Familiarity with product characteristics, market demand, policies, and regulations specific to new energy cold chain vehicles Other Information Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please email an updated copy of your resume.
