About this role

Job Summary Manage full-set accounts and office operations, including HR, administration, and procurement. Prepare tax filings, drive budgeting, monitor cash flows, and support payroll to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Manage general ledgers, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and perform month-end and year-end financial closings to ensure accurate financial records. Prepare and file corporate Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns, corporate tax submissions, and statutory reports for the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) to maintain compliance. Lead the annual budgeting process by tracking expenditures and analyzing monthly variance reports to identify and address discrepancies. Monitor institutional cash flows, coordinate banking operations, and manage payroll cycles to maintain financial stability and timely employee compensation. Oversee office functions including HR, administration, and procurement staff to ensure smooth daily operations and team coordination. Assist with daily administrative and HR operations to support organizational effectiveness. Required competencies and certifications Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office to perform financial and administrative tasks efficiently. Strong financial analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data and resolve issues effectively. Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 3 to 5 years of blended experience handling full-set accounts alongside general office administration.
