Resident Engineer (Pub)

Responsibilities Lead site supervision as the official site supervisor appointed by the Qualified Person (QP) to ensure compliance and safety across civil, structural, and mechanical/electrical works Develop and implement detailed inspection and test plans to monitor quality control for infrastructure operations including pipe jacking, deep excavations, bored piling, and jet grouting Review and verify contractor documentation such as Client’s Permit To Work (CPTW) checklists and instrumentation records to ensure adherence to safety standards under Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations Monitor and enforce safety compliance on site to maintain a safe working environment aligned with regulatory requirements Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 2 years of engineering experience, preferably with direct exposure to PUB infrastructure, Earth Retaining or Stabilizing Structures (ERSS), and drainage schemes Other Information Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please email an updated copy of your resume to chrisshiew@hotmail.com For candidates who apply, consent is assumed for the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information related to the services provided
