Ft Trainee Assistant Baker (No Exp Required) ― Cake Department

⏰ Working Hours & Salary: • 5am-2pm (OT required based on production needs) • New hires will start work at 7am first for training • 4-days of work, 1-day off cycle (Inclusive of weekends & public holidays) • Gross salary up to $2,700/month 🎂 Job Responsibilities: • Prepare and measure ingredients according to standard recipes and production requirements. • Operate industrial mixers and related equipment safely and efficiently. • Mix cake batters following specified procedures to achieve consistent quality. • Prepare baking trays, moulds and pans for production. • Monitor the baking process to ensure products are evenly baked and meet quality standards. • Perform quality checks on finished products, including appearance, texture and colors. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by cleaning and sanitizing workstations, equipment and machines in accordance with company's SOPs and food safety standards. • Support the production team by carrying out any other duties or ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Manager from time to time. ✅ Job Requirements: • SINGAPOREANS ONLY • Candidates without experience are welcome to apply; training will be provided. • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment production environment. • Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling physical workloads. • Willing to work according to the rostered work cycle, including weekends & public holidays. 💯 Employees' Benefits: • Annual & Medical leaves • Medical claims • AWS/ VB • Annual salary review • Attendance allowance • Weekends & PH shift allowances • OT pay 📱Interested applicants may contact us via WhatsApp @ 84944246 OR Tele: @fourleaveshr
