Shipping Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping Coordinator to manage and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensure timely delivery of goods, and maintain accurate shipping documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor local and international shipments. Must possess a valid Singapore TradeNet® Declarant Licence. Strong knowledge of Singapore Customs regulations, TradeNet declarations, and import/export permit processing. Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs documentation. Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal departments, purchasing, logistics and finance. Track shipment status and provide timely updates to purchasing, logistics and sales . Resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, and logistics-related issues. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company procedures. Coordinate warehouse receiving and closing shipments. Maintain accurate shipment records and inventory-related documentation. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations. Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation. Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Working days: 5 days work week
