Trading Manager

Job Responsibilities • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth. • Manage key customer accounts and identify new business opportunities. • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers. • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. • Monitor market trends and prepare sales forecasts and reports. • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships. • Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve company objectives. • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Job Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in wholesale trade, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector. • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. • Good understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain processes. • Ability to lead a team and work effectively with cross-functional departments. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Self-motivated, analytical, and results oriented.
