The successful candidate will manage printing services, provide frontline customer service, and perform a wide range of administrative duties to ensure smooth school operations. Key Responsibilities Printing & Document Management Process and complete printing requests from school staff accurately and on time. Operate photocopiers, printers, and other office equipment. Ensure the print room is clean, organised, and well maintained. Monitor printer usage and perform monthly meter readings. Prepare printing reports and usage statistics. Replenish printing consumables such as paper, toner, and other related supplies. Coordinate orders for printing materials and school office supplies. General Office & Reception Attend to parents, visitors, students, and staff at the General Office reception. Handle enquiries professionally in person and over the telephone. Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls. Take and relay messages accurately when required. Administrative Support Perform data entry, document filing, and records management. Assist with data collation and preparation of reports. Support the use of online administrative systems. Operate office equipment efficiently. Provide general administrative support to various school departments. Perform other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer or School Leaders. Requirements Qualifications Minimum N-Level or O-Level qualification or equivalent. Experience At least 1 year of administrative experience in a school environment . Experience in school general administration is preferred. Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Computer literate and comfortable using online systems. Able to operate printers, photocopiers, and office automation equipment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Organised, meticulous, and able to multitask.
