Mechanical Technician - Equipment Assembly (Yishun | Semiconductor)

Responsibilities Assemble, test, clean, and pack equipment in accordance with technical documentation Maintain and service machines, tools, and consumables within the production area Support the development and revision of assembly-related technical procedures Troubleshoot and analyse equipment or customer-reported issues to identify root causes Implement best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives in assembly processes Maintain accurate records of assembly activities, test results, and documentation Assist with general production and ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within semiconductor environments Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical assembly and testing applications Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Proficiency in Mandarin language is an added advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
