Warehouse Supervisor (East/ Forklift)

[Job ID: 1643216] 6-day work week (Saturday half day - AM shifts only) - AM Shift: Mon - Fri: 7:45 am – 4:45 pm, Sat: 7:45 am – 11:45 am - PM Shift: Mon - Fri: 4:15 pm – 1:00 am, Sat: OFF Responsibilities Maintain and update the warehouse management system (WMS) daily to ensure data accuracy Lead and supervise warehouse staff while overseeing day-to-day operations Plan and optimize warehousing activities to meet operational and business demands Review operational processes, safety standards, risk assessments, and quality assurance measures Support business development activities such as RFQs and cost simulations Drive system implementation and continuous process improvements Ensure all logistics support functions align with business requirements Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely follow-up Coordinate and support cycle counts, as well as monthly and annual inventory stocktakes Prepare and compile monthly billing reports for customers and the Finance department Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with WMS operations Valid forklift driving license Experience operating VNA or stacker equipment is an added advantage Willing to work rotating shifts To Apply, please kindly email your updated resume to cv_estheryip@goodjobcreations.com.sg We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
