Relationship Manager (Sme Banking)

JOB ID:1417214 Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire SME clients with business financing needs by offering tailored secured and unsecured business loan solutions. Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and client visits, with a strong focus on new client acquisition. Conduct client needs analysis and recommend suitable financing solutions while building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including credit and risk teams, to ensure smooth loan processing, regulatory compliance, and excellent client service. Key Requirements Minimum 2–4 years of B2B sales or relationship management experience, preferably in business banking, SME lending, or financial services. Proven track record in acquiring new SME clients and achieving sales or loan disbursement targets. Good understanding of business financing products, including secured and unsecured business loans, is preferred.
