Shipping Coordinator (Lc / Up To $3.5K)

[Job ID: 1645679] Responsibilities Prepare and process Purchase Orders and shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and export permits Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment Liaise with banks, inspection bodies, and insurance companies for document submission and Letter of Credit (LC) issuance Handle LC negotiation and ensure compliance with relevant trade regulations and UCP600 guidelines Support Sales Representatives by addressing customer queries related to documentation and order fulfilment Compile and submit assigned operational and trade reports Collaborate across departments on projects and process improvements Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager Requirements Diploma in Business or a related discipline At least 2 years of experience in trade operations, shipping, or supply chain roles Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Contracts and Negotiation, and UCP600 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems To Apply, please kindly email your updated resume to cv_estheryip@goodjobcreations.com.sg We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
