Assistant Service Manager [Automated Entrance Solutions]

[Job ID: 1606941] Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly key decision-makers, to identify new opportunities and enhancements to existing installations. Conduct market research and feasibility studies to propose new accessories for automated entrance solutions, including compliance with local regulations and standards. Expand market penetration for third-party entrance equipment by developing strategies to convert clients to in-house solutions. Manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms are fair, balanced, and aligned with business objectives. Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract terms and conditions. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a relevant industry (Interior Design experience not considered relevant). Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify potential risks or hazards related to products and third-party equipment. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy, with the ability to learn and utilize new software systems effectively.
