Real Estate Sales Executive [Japan Real Estate]

[Job ID: 403016] Responsibilities: Conduct client visits to develop new and re-engage dormant business opportunities (90% hunting, 10% farming). Present and promote Japan real estate properties to prospective clients. Translate property information received from the Japan team for client use. Prepare Comparable Sales (Comps) and supporting documentation. Develop client proposals and presentations. Create market study materials on the Japan real estate sector periodically. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales. Valid real estate license. Strong willingness to learn and build expertise in the Japan real estate market. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Driven, self-motivated, and positive attitude with a strong learning mindset.
