Account Manager [Printing & IT Solutions]

[Job ID: 1241884] Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and industry research. Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers. Understand client needs and propose customized IT and printing solutions. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns. Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies. Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals, clearly communicating value proposition. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products and services. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager. Requirements: At least 1 year of sales experience. Experience in IT office automation or related industry is an added advantage. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Self-motivated with strong initiative and drive for excellence in a dynamic environment. Proficient in using IT systems and applications.
