Sorting & Inventory Control: Organizing and labeling materials. Maintaining accurate stock levels for daily replenishment and distribution. Picking & Packing: Fulfilling specific bulk or localized orders. Preparing newspapers, bundles, or cargo for the transport and courier network. Transport Coordination: Liaising with dispatch teams and drivers. Ensuring loading schedules meet tight distribution deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs). Loading & Dispatch: Securing, loading, and unloading transport vehicles efficiently. Ensuring proper weight distribution and cargo safety compliance. Requirements & Skills Physical Stamina & Handling: Ability to handle, lift, and stack bulky bundles of newspapers or heavy cargo for extended periods. Time Management: Critical ability to meet strict publication or transport deadlines. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in fulfilling orders and ensuring no damaged products are dispatched.
