Working Hour Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm Key Roles Train AV CCA students to manage PA systems during assemblies and events. Maintain and troubleshoot PA systems; coordinate with vendors for repairs. Manage AV equipment for all school events and setup requests. Maintain inventory and loan records of AV and media equipment. Provide technical support to staff. Advise HOD/SH ICT on AV/media needs and assist with procurement and condemnation of equipment. Termly monitor AV equipment in classrooms and special rooms. Support school events. Support A-level PW Oral Presentation (video recording). Train AV Club students and conduct selection trials. Maintain the school TV broadcast system and TV Wall. Provide photography, videography, and video editing services. Create video and photo montages for college events. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements At least 1 year of relevant experience . Minimum Diploma qualification. Proficient in photo/video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut). Good interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills. Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
