We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Executive to join our Marina Bay Sands flagship store. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming premium retail experience. Introduce and educate customers on health and wellness products. Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs and lifestyle goals. Support daily store operations, including cashiering, POS transactions, and opening/closing procedures. Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and product displays. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment and stock management. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty. Support store promotions, events, and customer engagement activities when required. Requirements Prior retail sales experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in additional languages is an added advantage to better support customers. Interest or knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), wellness products, or Cordyceps will be an advantage. Positive, proactive, and sales-driven attitude.
