Room Attendant

JOB SUMMARY At 21 Carpenter , we believe that every guest room reflects our commitment to exceptional hospitality. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Room Attendant to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation throughout our guest rooms. As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by ensuring every room is impeccably cleaned, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared in accordance with the hotel's luxury service standards. KEY RESPONSBILITES Guest Room Cleaning & Housekeeping Clean, service, and maintain assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and designated public areas to the highest cleanliness and presentation standards. Perform daily housekeeping duties, including: Making and changing beds, Dusting and polishing furniture, Vacuuming and mopping floors, Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, Replenishing guest amenities, Ensure all guest rooms are fully prepared and presented in accordance with the Hotel's luxury brand standards prior to guest arrival. Replenish guest amenities, linen, minibar items, and other room supplies according to established standards. Check, replenish, and accurately record minibar consumption where applicable. Ensure housekeeping carts, pantries, and linen storage areas are clean, organised, and adequately stocked at all times. Report any loss or damage to hotel linen, furniture, fixtures, equipment, or guest property in accordance with hotel procedures. Adhere to all Housekeeping Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including Lost & Found, fire safety, workplace safety, and security procedures. Qualifications& Experience Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a hotel, serviced apartment, or hospitality environment is preferred.
