What You'll Be Doing Tenancy & Outlet Matters Assist with the preparation and organisation of tenancy agreements, lease documents, and related paperwork. Keep track of important lease dates, including renewals, expiry dates, and rent review periods. Assist in coordinating lease renewals and related documentation. Communicate with landlords, mall management, and external lawyers when required. Maintain an organised record of tenancy agreements and outlet documents. Support documentation for new outlet openings, relocations, and closures. Trademarks & Brand Protection Assist with trademark applications, renewals, and related documentation. Maintain and update records of the company's trademarks. Track application progress, renewal dates, and important deadlines. Coordinate with trademark agents and external legal counsel when required. Assist in gathering information and documents relating to potential trademark matters. Contracts & Legal Documents Assist with preparing and formatting standard contracts and legal documents. Support the preparation of NDAs, supplier agreements, service agreements, and other business documents. Assist with reviewing documents and highlighting key information for Management's attention. Maintain proper filing and version control of legal and commercial documents. Coordination & Administration Track deadlines and follow up on tenancy, trademark, and legal matters. Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Marketing. Communicate with external parties such as landlords, lawyers, trademark agents, and service providers. Assist Management with preparing documents, information, and reports when required. Assist with tracking legal, tenancy, and professional service invoices. Provide support for ad hoc administrative duties and office matters as required. Assist the team with other tasks and projects as assigned. A Day in the Role In this role, you may start your day by checking upcoming lease renewal or trademark deadlines and following up with the relevant parties. You may then assist with preparing or organising tenancy documents, contracts, or trademark applications, before coordinating with landlords, mall management, lawyers, or external agents. Throughout the day, you will also work with internal teams such as Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Marketing to gather information, follow up on documents, or support matters relating to our F&B outlets and brands. You may also help Management keep track of important legal and commercial matters, update records, organise documents, and ensure that important deadlines are not missed. As a junior support role, you will also have the opportunity to assist with ad hoc administrative duties and office matters when needed, giving you broader exposure to how the business operates beyond the legal function. What We're Looking For Diploma or Degree in Law, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience are welcome. Interest in legal, commercial, property, or business matters. Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Able to manage multiple tasks and keep track of deadlines. Comfortable communicating with different stakeholders. Able to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly. Ability to read and understand English and Chinese documents is an advantage. Most importantly, you are willing to learn, take initiative, and grow with the team.
