M&E Quantity Surveyor

Job Description: Responsible for handling contracts and progress claims. Assist the manager on contractual matters and variation claims ; Support the manager in requesting quotations, cost estimation, and preparing cost comparisons. Liaise with consultants on contract-related issues. Assessment and preparation of sub-contractor's claim ; Responsible for the preparation of final accounts ; Job Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (e.g., Construction Management, Mechanical and Electrical). Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry (preferably in Singapore). Strong understanding of construction estimating methods, cost control principles, and procurement processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Knowledge of Singapore building regulations and contract forms.
