About this role

Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners to generate MICE-related sales opportunities. Follow up with leads from multiple channels and convert them to sales Collaborate with internal teams to customize MICE travel packages and price itineraries according to requirements of customers Sales driven yet focused on delivering quality work for clients Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable business deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and innovation. Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management Requirements Proven track record as a travel advisor or in similar sales or service role Working knowledge of SABRE and GDS system (Airline booking system) Bilingual in English and Mandarin (for liaison with Mandarin speaking associates) Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Keen interest in international travel trends Ability to work independently and yet a team player Compensation Package Basic + commission Annual Wage Supplement and Variable Bonus (Profit-sharing, to company’s discretion) Benefit Employee Discount Health Insurance Dental & Medical claim Annual leave entitlements Note: only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
