Sales Assistant Manager

Job Summary Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets while managing store operations, customer relations, and sales processes to drive business growth and maintain high standards. Responsibilities Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective motivation and incentives Monitor and evaluate sales team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Maintain store cleanliness and ensure a well-organized, welcoming environment for customers Build and sustain positive working relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share Participate actively in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and product knowledge Ensure the store is consistently stocked with company products to meet customer demand Act as Sales Manager during absences or emergencies, managing all related responsibilities Consolidate, analyze, and report daily sales activities and expenses to management for informed decision-making Assist in the sales process by recommending and displaying products that meet customer needs Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and current sales promotions to inform customers Track and summarize sales expenses for reimbursement processing Update and maintain accurate customer records in the company database Perform additional duties as assigned by the director Preferred competencies and qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Skills in building high-performance sales teams Proven ability to drive sales growth Experience in sales promotion and store management Proficiency in updating customer records
