Job Summary You will arrange daily work for supervisors, monitor attendance and work performance, conduct on-the-job training for new workers, manage maintenance and minor troubleshooting of baking equipment, and ensure compliance with MOM workplace safety and SFA food regulations. Responsibilities Arrange and assign daily tasks to supervisors to ensure smooth bakery operations Monitor employee attendance and evaluate work performance to maintain productivity Conduct on-the-job training for new workers to ensure skill development and operational readiness Manage regular maintenance inspections and perform minor troubleshooting on baking equipment to minimize downtime Ensure full compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) workplace safety regulations and Singapore Food Agency (SFA) food safety standards Communicate effectively with team members to support teamwork and positive work environment Demonstrate a positive attitude to foster collaboration and motivate staff
