RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and execute design qualification activities to ensure the quality and reliability of new hardware products during development Manage reliability assessment programmes for products in mass production. Collaborate with globally distributed quality teams to ensure product quality and reliability standards are met Work with engineering teams to develop and implement solutions that enhance product quality Establish, maintain, and continuously improve quality processes for consistent and predictable outcomes Drive ongoing improvements in hardware quality and reliability coverage, accuracy, methodologies, and turnaround time Manage third-party reliability labs, including personnel and operations Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful product qualifications against defined milestones * Contribute to product knowledge development, reliability modelling, and continuous quality enhancements Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. Hands-on experience supporting Intel-based desktop, notebook, tablet, and computer peripheral products within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with environmental and reliability testing standards, methodologies, and tools. Experience implementing, maintaining, or managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and related quality processes. Knowledge of system reliability, failure mechanisms, life data analysis, and quantitative accelerated life testing techniques. Excellent organisational, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple cross-functional teams. Knowledge in Data analytics, Statistical & Reliability tools would be added advantage Some Experience working in Linux, Windows, or PC-based environments, with proficiency in office productivity and automation tools considered an advantage.
