Accounts Executive

Company is located in Penjuru Lane. Job Summary We seek a motivated Accounts Executive to manage full sets of accounts and support finance operations. This role requires adaptability, ownership, and eagerness to learn in a growing logistics company. Responsibilities Manage full sets of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing to ensure accurate financial reporting Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, bank reconciliations, and accounting schedules to support timely and compliant financial processes Maintain accurate and organised financial records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Support ad-hoc finance tasks and proactively take on additional responsibilities to meet evolving business needs Handle confidential financial information with discretion and work independently to meet deadlines Required competencies and certifications Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with full set accounts Proficient in MYOB accounting software Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
