BIM Coordinator

Coordinate and manage the development of Building Information Modeling (BIM) models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), client requirements, company standards, and applicable industry regulations. Perform model federation, clash detection, and coordination using BIM software, and facilitate the resolution of design conflicts with project stakeholders. Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and project managers to ensure accurate and timely model delivery. Maintain BIM data quality by conducting regular model audits, quality assurance (QA), and quality control (QC) checks. Manage the exchange, integration, and version control of project models and documentation within the Common Data Environment (CDE). Produce and coordinate BIM deliverables, including 3D models, 2D drawings, schedules, quantity take-offs, and construction documentation. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on BIM workflows, software applications, modeling standards, and best practices. Monitor project progress, identify coordination issues, and prepare BIM coordination reports, meeting minutes, and action trackers for stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives by developing BIM standards, templates, libraries, and workflows while promoting BIM adoption and innovation across projects. Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Architecture / Engineering / Construction / MEP or equivalent. Well versed in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Naviswork and BIM Authoring Tools like Revit. Mechanical BIM Models related projects in Singapore. Fluency with collaboration and data management solutions like BIM Collaborate Pro and BIM 360 Docs ABLE to commitment weekends when requirement
