About Us Raja's Catering (Alangkaar Pte Ltd) is a leading Indian caterer in Singapore serving authentic South & North Indian cuisine for weddings and events at scale. Train under experienced chefs in a high-volume production kitchen at 15 Woodlands Loop. What You'll Do - Assist in food preparation for South & North Indian menus (veg and non-veg stations) - Learn kitchen operations: mise en place, batch cooking, food safety and hygiene - Support live stations and buffet setup at events - Assist with packing, dispatch, and quality checks - Rotate through kitchen sections to build a broad foundation What We're Looking For - Genuine interest in F&B / culinary work — culinary students welcome, but not required - Hardworking, punctual, hygienic, and a team player - Able to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment - Food Safety Course Level 1 is a plus (we can sponsor if needed) - Students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply What You'll Get - Internship of 3 to 6 months, with possibility of extension or full-time conversion - Monthly allowance of $700 to $1,000 - Training in authentic South & North Indian cuisine from experienced chefs - Full exposure to high-volume catering operations - CPF contributions for eligible employees; strong path to full-time kitchen roles To apply: apply via MyCareersFuture or send your resume to admin@rajascatering.com.sg
